Company Name: MCINTOSH & OTIS, INC.
Description: Children's Literary Agent at a reputed full-service literary agency seeks a remote intern for Spring 2018.

Applicants should have a strong interest in book publishing and be savvy readers and strong writers. Intern will be responsible for reading manuscripts and writing evaluations of children's picture books, young adult fiction, and middle-grade fiction.

Our goal is to create an experience where students will learn firsthand about the agent's editorial role in book publishing remotely. This is a good opportunity for those who do not live in or cannot travel to New York for the semester to gain agency experience remotely.

The internship is unpaid. We would like an intern to commit to a 4 month term, but we can be extremely flexible with your schedule.
Length of Internship: Spring 2018
Requirements: -Currently enrolled as a student
-Voracious reader
-Strong writer
-Interested in children's literature
Location: Remote (company based in New York, NY)
