Title: Project Coordinator, Visible Learning (Corwin)

Corwin has a current opening for a Project Coordinator, Visible Learning in the Thousand Oaks office.

The Project Coordinator supports the reporting and project coordination related to a global team’s development projects and with key stakeholders implementing the Visible Learning system change model and key Corwin services lines. The Project Coordinator plays a critical role in Corwin’s focus on the success of the professional learning services in supporting and improving learning for all students.

Responsibilities:

The job functions include, but are not limited to, the following:

•Assist the Global Visible Learning team in executing strategic roadmap projects
•Support the Development Manager with partner reporting needs, revenue recognition, and royalty payments
•Support the Visible Learning leadership team to gather data in order to review and incorporate the feedback from consultant and client evaluations
•Support the preparation of project reports for all stakeholders as required
•Prepares project status reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends; recommending actions.
•Support the Visible Learning team with any inquiries, updates, resources, etc.
•Manage, record, and support the incoming evaluation requests from service partners
•Manage data collection and analysis in various forms and formats, including but not limited to session evaluations, self-reporting, observations, surveys, standard instruments, and other outcome data.
•Compile and create a variety of evaluation reports using Excel, Word, and other applications as needed

Qualifications:

Any combination equivalent to, but not limited to, the following:

•Bachelor’s degree from accredited university required
•2 years in administrative role
•Excellent oral and written communication skills
•Highly organized and detail oriented
•Demonstrated excellence in working with others and maintaining a positive working atmosphere for fellow employees
•Broad knowledge of, and experience with, computer programs such as Excel (intermediate to advanced), Outlook, Word, PowerPoint

Language, Reasoning, Analytical & Mathematical Skills:

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Any combination equivalent to, but not limited to, the following:

•Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move object. Work is primarily completed in a sedentary state, in one place for long periods of time.
•The worker is required to have close visual acuity to perform an activity such as: preparing and analyzing data and figures; transcribing; viewing a computer terminal; extensive reading; visual inspection involving small type and numbers.
•Typing and otherwise working, primarily with fingers.
•Talking, expressing or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word. Includes activities in which they must convey detailed or important spoken instructions to other workers accurately, loudly, and quickly.
•Perceiving the nature of sounds at normal speaking levels with or without correction. Ability to receive detailed information through oral communication, and to make the discriminations in sound.
•Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
•The worker is subject to office working conditions, including extended work in a sedentary position, under florescent lighting, and working on a computer screen.
